Mediterranean Family Oasis
Now, with their boys getting older and soon out of the home, they want to have the property of their dreams. After 12 years, they decided to move forward with creating their outdoor living oasis, but with busy schedules and not knowing exactly what they wanted, they needed a trusted partner. What they did know– they wanted a Mediterranean look and feel, a property that was easy to maintain, several getaway areas to relax, plenty of coverage from the sun, and a large vegetable garden.
During our first meeting, it was clear they needed a grand plan and design for their 1/3-acre property that could be built within their budget. Also, they needed to partner that could be flexible with their busy schedules and help blend their individual ideas into one beautiful master plan.
After several collaborative in-person sessions, property assessments, and internal design team meetings, we created a 3D design and presentation that was a home run! As the couple put it – “your team went above and beyond to create an outdoor living space that surpassed our dreams”.
